I am a former scientist and hold a doctorate and plenty of research experience in various areas of physical and analytical chemistry. However, for last 17 years I have been more into meditation and spirituality than in active research.
Some misfortunes precipitated a near total ruin and almost brought me in contact with what people call end of the life – literally and figuratively both. However, higher forces had other plans for me and here I am writing and sharing my experiences through the articles printed on this website. This should suffice for personal introduction and self-publicity.
The content on this site is meant to help people who believe in surviving (and growing) through personal efforts and want to face storms of their lives head-on. Period.
Patience, tolerance and a strong belief that whatever unfolds in life happens for some bigger good, are ammunition to face any adversity in life. There is far greater meaning of human life than mere being a happy slave to the five senses – all animals do that (and that is why they are animals).
One’s life and lifestyle undergoes a healthy change the moment it is realized that it is a privilege to be born on this planet in the human shape. All suffering is designed only for one purpose – learn to live in a healthy and pure manner befitting the dignity and status of being a Human.
While there are commercial contents on this site for practical reasons, the main focus will always be on the content and to provide clarity of ideas. I strongly believe that, more often than not, a little idea is sufficient to make a big difference in life. I hope that some ideas presented here will surely touch the lives of some readers.
