For

re-focus
yourself on your breath. This mental effort of focusing on your natural
breathing
will slow down the thinking process. It will automatically put you in

realm

will be back into the realm of thought, but that’s
ok! Continue focusing
on your breathing and the music, you will be back in the realm of
relaxation –
beyond the “tension” of constant thinking.

A point
